ORDER
On February 24, 2015, the Board received a notice of appeal from CBP Grand Forks,
LLC (lessor) concerning its lease, GS-08P-14361, with the General Services Administration,
and a dispute over rental credit and real estate taxes. From the filing of the appeal, the parties
have worked informally to settle all disputes between them. In accordance with the request
of the parties received on May 28, 2015, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE this
case.
