ORDER The instant appeal was filed by appellant, Direct Network Services, Inc., to contest a decision of the respondent, General Services Administration (GSA), contracting officer not to extend the term of the subject contract. The parties advise that GSA has since determined to extend the contract to 2021, thus rendering moot the appeal. On this basis, with respondent’s concurrence, appellant has moved that the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.
