ORDER
In July 2013, Peter Chastain & Associates, P.A., filed an appeal at the Board disputing
the denial of its claims concerning its contract, C-ATL-02001 with the Department of
Housing and Urban Development. The parties have settled this matter. In accordance with
the joint notice of the parties, received on December 7, 2015, the Board DISMISSES WITH
PREJUDICE this appeal.
