ORDER
On December 7, 2023, the parties submitted a joint motion to dismiss this appeal with
prejudice. The motion states that the Department of the Interior has agreed to convert the
contract termination for cause to a termination for convenience. The appellant has no
objection. The motion is granted. This appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
