As stipulated, the appeal is GRANTED IN PART in the amount of $862,451, inclusive of costs, fees, and interest, although Contract Disputes Act interest, 41 U.S.C. § 7109 (2018), will begin to accrue on May 23, 2023, if payment is not made by that date.
