The parties have settled the appeal and, pursuant to the terms of their settlement agreement, have filed a joint motion for a stipulated judgment in favor of appellant in the amount of $10,135.24, inclusive of interest. Respondent has agreed to make payment of the judgment amount via electronic funds transfer within thirty days of the October 28, 2016, settlement agreement, i.e., on or before November 27, 2016, without need for appellant’s submission of an invoice or any further documentation. In their joint motion, the parties have stated that they will not seek reconsideration of, or relief from, the Board’s decision, and will not appeal the decision.. CBCA 5408 2 Decision The appeal is GRANTED IN PART.
