ORDER Calcaterra Properties, L.P. appealed a General Services Administration contracting officer’s decision which claimed $19,130.41 as reimbursement for expenses the agency paid to repair property leased from the appellant. The parties resolved their dispute through mediation, with a Board judge serving as neutral.
