ORDER
On February 1, 2018, the Board received from Quality Services International, LLC
an appeal based upon a deemed denial of its claim concerning contract GS-21F-
0067V/VA243-16F-1852 with the Department of Veterans Affairs. The parties have settled
the dispute. In accordance with the request of the parties, the Board DISMISSES WITH
PREJUDICE this appeal.
