ORDER On February 16, 2017, counsel for appellant, ECODIT LLC (ECODIT), informed the Board that the Agency for International Development (USAID) had, on February 14, 2017, notified it that USAID had decided to rescind its purported “final decision,” issued on November 18, 2016. ECODIT indicated that in lieu of that notification it was withdrawing its notice of appeal, but reserves all rights, including its right to file a notice of appeal, should USAID issue a valid contracting officer’s final decision in the future.
