ORDER
In these appeals concerning task order HSFE02-13-J-0012, issued under contract
HSFE80-12-D-0213, between Partnership for Response and Recovery, LLP, and the Federal
Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security (agency), the parties
have resolved their disputes. The agency consents to the contractorâs request that these
appeals be dismissed with prejudice. The Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE these
