ORDER
On August 6, 2015, Computer Sciences Corporation (contractor) filed a notice of
appeal concerning its contract, TIRNO-99-D-00001, with the Department of the Treasury,
Internal Revenue Service and a contracting officer decision asserting a government claim.
During a stay of proceedings, the contracting officer withdrew the underlying decision. On
September 11, 2015, the Board received from the parties a joint motion to dismiss the appeal.
Accordingly, the Board DISMISSES this case.
