ORDER
On May 22, 2015, the Board received from Auth Road Associates Limited Partnership
(lessor) a notice of appeal concerning its contract, GS-11B-00219, with the General Services
Administration (agency). The appeal was taken based upon a deemed denial of the lessorâs
claim. The parties resolved the dispute. In accordance with a joint stipulation received on
January 5, 2016, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the appeal.
