ORDER
On July 21, 2020, the Board docketed this appeal from a contracting officerâs decision
that was issued in November 2019, and ordered appellant, AFTK, LLC, to show cause why
the appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. On August 14, 2020, AFTK filed
a request to withdraw its appeal. AFTKâs request is granted and the appeal is DISMISSED.
