Jump To HIGHLIGHTS FULL REPORT Highlights A firm protested a Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) contract award for jet fuel transport, contending that MTMC improperly evaluated the cost proposals. GAO held that: (1) MTMC properly rejected the protester's bid as nonresponsive, since it failed to comply with the solicitation's demurrage specifications; and (2) the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the award, since it would not be in line for award even if its protest was sustained.
