Jump To HIGHLIGHTS FULL REPORT Highlights A firm protested an Air Force contract award for facility operation and maintenance, contending that the Air Force: (1) should have required the bidders to propose to the same testing assumption; and (2) unreasonably found that the awardee met the solicitation staffing requirements. GAO held that: (1) the protestor untimely filed after intial bid closing its protest regarding alleged solicitation improprieties; and (2) Air Force improperly evaluated and determined that the awardee's bid met the solicitation's staffing requirement.
