Jump To HIGHLIGHTS FULL REPORT Highlights A firm protested a Navy contract award for liquid oxygen/nitrogen generators, contending that the awardee's product failed to meet the solicitation's operational requirement. GAO held that the: (1) awardee's product met all of the solicitation's technical specifications; (2) protest that the awardee's product would not meet the solicitation's operational requirements was untimely; and (3) protester failed to demonstrate that the modifications to the awardee's previously deployed product were other than minor.
