Jump To HIGHLIGHTS FULL REPORT Highlights A firm protested an Air Force contract award for building demolition, contending that the awardee's bid was nonresponsive, since the awardee failed to complete the revised bidding schedule. GAO held that the: (1) awardee's bid was responsive, since it acknowledged all solicitation amendments; (2) revised bid schedule did not add any additional work beyond that encompassed in the original bid schedule; and (3) Air Force reasonably waived the awardee's failure to use the proper bid schedule as a minor informality.
