B-290159 May 21, 2002 Jump To RELATED PAGES GAO CONTACTS Highlights A firm protested an Army Contracting Command contract award for repair and turnover maintenance of family housing in Seoul, contending that the Army's determination that it was nonresponsible, based on its record of past performance, and, therefore, ineligible for the award was unreasonable. GAO held that the pre-award survey revealed that the protester's recent record of past performance of construction-type requirements included repeated delays in contract performance. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
