Highlights
A firm protested the specifications of an Air Force solicitation for academic and flight simulation services, contending that the Air Force did not include the cost of outfitting its simulators with the appropriate hardware. GAO held that the Air force included sufficient information in the solicitation to allow offerers to recover the costs of necessary modifications. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
