The protester contends that the solicitation is unduly restrictive and patently ambiguous. We dismiss the protest because the agency has cancelled the solicitation. The jurisdiction of our Office is established by the bid protest provisions of the Competition in Contracting Act of 1984, 31 U.S.C. §§ 3551-3557. Prior to the December 11, 2023 due date for the agency report, the agency informed our Office that it had cancelled the solicitation on November 9. Notice of Corrective Action at 1. The agency added that it “notified prospective offerors of the cancellation on November 9” and that it “will issue a new solicitation that will clarify the government’s requirements, terms, and conditions.” Id.
